When you are at work you will work. This may sound funny but most people don’t work very hard at work.
In fact, industrial psychologists tell us that the average worker only works half the time that they are on the job.
The rest of the time they are daydreaming, gabbing at the water cooler, taking breaks, going to or from the rest rooms, surfing the Internet, engaging in personal business or doing easy, non-essential activities.
Many employees are happy to laze through their “work” days doing unimportant, unproductive busy tasks.
