QUESTION: I am not a college graduate. I haven’t got a professional job. I work in a warehouse and make $18 an hour. I’m not complaining but I also don’t see how I can ever have enough money to invest in real estate. Aren’t you selling average people unrealistic dreams?
ANSWER: Average people are not going to listen to my advice. My advice is don’t be average. Work an extra ten hours a week. You won’t be average and in a year, you’ll have over $9,000 in your investment fund. Is this enough to use as a down payment to buy a studio condo for rent? If not, you get your unit in two years. Still not enough, then, you invest in three years. You are a warrior on a mission to buy six properties and pay off the mortgages. You don’t complain. You work hard and get the mission completed. Forget average. Work you butt off in a warehouse and become extraordinary. There is a way. Find it.
