In a college research study, 13% of students in the survey had clearly defined goals, 3% had focused written goals and 84% had no definitive goals and only a vague idea of what they would do upon graduation.
Fast forward ten years and the 13% who said they had goals were making twice as much as those without goals and the 3% with written goals were making TEN TIMES as much as those with no goals.
